Terms and Conditions

1. Dates/Terms/Eligibility
"Redefine Downtime" Photo Contest begins August 15, 2017 and ends September 30, 2017. No purchase necessary. Eligible participants may enter once each day during the promotion via their own Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram accounts. Eligible participants must publicly share a photo using their Geist Downtime Essentials item(s) on their personal feed, tag @geistglobal and must use the hashtag #redefineDT to qualify. Downtime Essential photos must be shared between August 15, 2017 and September 30, 2017. The promotion is open to residents in the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong; and must be at least 21 years of age. Employees of PCE, Inc. (Geist, APEX Plastics, HTI Plastics, Lincoln Plastics or Geist Metalworks) are not eligible for the Grand Prize but may share their photo submissions within the contest. Odds of winning depend upon the number eligible entries received.

2. How to Enter
Participant must have a valid Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account to enter. Each entry shared must have the following:

• A photo of yourself using one (or all) of the items in your Downtime Essentials kit
• Must use the hashtag #RedefineDT and tag @geistglobal
• Must be shared publicly on your personal Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram feed (sharing on one, two or all three channels is permitted)

3. Grand Prize
All eligible participants are entered for the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will receive a travel voucher of $599.00* to be used towards a carefree getaway.  Winner will be selected randomly. A message will be sent to the winner through email and/or on the social media channel they shared their post. Once notification is given, the winner will have 72 hours to respond and accept. We will then send further instructions to complete the Grand Prize claim. If there is no response, another random winner will be selected through the same process.

4. Conditions
Prizes or awards are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. Geist will pay for the shipping of the Grand Prize to the winner.

5. Privacy
Participation in the #Redefine DT Photo Contest constitutes consent by the entrants to the collection, use and disclosure of personal photos and information to Geist. By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that they agree to the terms and consent in allowing Geist to share your photo entries for promotional use on the Geist social media channels, as well as, on geistglobal.com. Geist will not share or sell contact information to third parties.

6. Acknowledgement
The Redefine Downtime Photo Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
